Soft Tissue
This patient presented with severe recession on his upper left canine. He was a young man in his mid-twenties and was concerned because the recession had progressed. In this procedure, we did an autogenous connective tissue graft (gum graft harvested from the patient's palate). The results were ideal and the recession was completely corrected. The soft tissue contours are idealized, the tissues are thicker and much more cleanable. The post op picture is 18 months post surgery.
