We want your first consultation to be comfortable and stress-free.
Our new patient forms are easily accessible online so that you can complete them at your leisure before arriving at our practice. This gives you ample time to carefully review our policies and procedures without feeling rushed before your appointment.
The information you share with our team allows us to get to know you even before your visit and ensures that we have all the data needed to deliver efficient, quality care.
We value your time and want to make your first visit as efficient and informative as possible. When you reach us for your consultation, one of our dental assistants will start by gathering information about the reason for your visit, any dental concerns you may have, and your dental history. They will also conduct any necessary tests and take X-rays if needed.
Your periodontist will then introduce themselves and get up to speed with a hand-off from the assistant. Next, they will perform a comprehensive clinical exam, charting missing teeth, previous restorative work, periodontal health, recession, tooth mobility, and your bite.
Once completed, we will take the time to discuss our findings and treatment options with you, using visual aids to help you understand the issues. Once you have agreed to a treatment plan, we’ll walk you through all the details of your treatment before leading you back to our friendly front desk team who will discuss the financial options for your treatment, including insurance and payment plans.
Finally, your follow-up appointment will be scheduled.
We believe that quality dental care should be affordable, even if you don’t have insurance. That's why we've partnered with LendingClub and CareCredit to offer extended payment plans, including 12 months with no interest.
